Mark Leintz, Vice Chairman of the Reveal Board of Directors.

Vice Chairman

Mark Leintz

After retiring from a civil-engineering career building large infrastructure projects across the United States, Mark and his wife, Glennda, returned to Austin to be near their two children and five grandchildren. Mark has served in leadership roles at two churches and currently volunteers at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in several ways, including with the HOGS—Happy Old Guys Serving—who care for the church property.

Mark joined Reveal several years ago and has become one of the behind-the-scenes leaders organizing food and logistics so setup and distribution run smoothly. He is grateful for the food and loyal volunteers that help feed families in Cedar Park.

Mark and Glennda also completed short-term mission trips more than 20 years ago. Their service has included more than 100 trips, mainly to Brazil and Peru, ranging from a few weeks to a year living on the Amazon River and bringing clean water to native villagers.

Linda has been a servant leader and volunteer at Reveal for the past 13 years. Throughout that time, she has contributed to many areas of the organization, helping provide food, clothing, diapers, and spiritual support to the community. Linda feels blessed to be part of Reveal’s mission, serving others while growing personally in her faith.

In addition to her work with Reveal, Linda is an active member of the Cedar Park/Leander Rotary Club and volunteers as a Literacy Partner with Education Connection, reading to elementary-school children. Her heart for service extends beyond her family and friends to the broader community she loves.

Linda moved to Austin in 1983 and has lived in Cedar Park since 1985. She retired after a 27-year career with the Texas Department of Criminal Justice. Linda and her husband, David, have been married for 44 years and enjoy spending time with their two children and five grandchildren.

Fred Voll, Secretary of the Reveal Board of Directors.

When Fred retired from the process-automation industry in 2020, he decided to focus his time and talents on family and on being a disciple of Jesus Christ. Alongside increased involvement with the Missions Team and Trustees at Rockbridge Church in Cedar Park, he began exploring more ways to serve others.

For more than four years, Fred has been one of the many important people helping Reveal fulfill its mission. He lives in Travis County with his wife, Alana. Between them they have four children and six grandchildren, and they enjoy family, boating, hiking, traveling, and doing life together.

Karen Deyo, member of the Reveal Board of Directors.

Director

Karen Deyo

Karen was looking for an opportunity to serve in her community after years of serving in organizations involving her sons. When her nest became empty, she heard about Reveal through her church and began volunteering regularly in 2011. Most Mondays and Tuesdays, she can be found in the food building.

Karen loves to watch God at work as He provides exactly what is needed for the people Reveal serves. She and her family have lived in Cedar Park for 25 years.

Michelle Johnson, member of the Reveal Board of Directors.

Director

Michelle Johnson

Michelle Johnson is a dedicated community advocate, a Reveal Board member, and Diaper Diva for Baby Blessings. A proud mother of three and grandmother of three, Michelle brings a deep commitment to nonprofit work and to connecting, nurturing, and inspiring people to grow personally and professionally.

In 2019, Michelle’s journey with Baby Blessings began after she responded to a mother’s request for diapers. Partnering with the Austin Diaper Bank, she officially launched the diaper ministry in January 2020. What began with 2,000 diapers serving 109 babies has grown into a vital community resource that distributes 16,000 diapers each month and supports more than 640 babies through Reveal.

Michelle’s leadership is evident in the relationships and initiatives she develops to improve the quality of life for families in the community. Her work reflects Reveal’s commitment to serve with compassion and provide essential resources.
